Seagreen is a family owned and hands on gallery. Between the four of us we create about 40% of our inventory. Seagreen’s story began about 12 years ago when we bought a 1946 building right on the beach road that had been Gray’s Department store; another family run business. Restoring the building and the sandy backyard was our first repurposing endeavor and we have since added a second location in Duck, NC.
Our ‘family’ also includes our hardworking staff who compliment and complete our day to day as well as being artists that create for the gallery.
We avoid trade shows. We buy from independent artists from around the world. We love fair trade and small companies that honor their localized version of repurposing. We carry about 60 local artists.
Our inventory is ever changing because most things are one of a kind. So if you see something from our social media you like, call or email to inquire.

And lastly, our family wouldn’t be complete without bragging on our menagerie of animals who make our family complete: Borden the Chinese water dragon, mini Pumper and Lloyd the garden bunnies, Nick, Trey, Cory, Bubbles and Kelp the pond turtles.(numbers and names consantly change), Gizmo the peaceful cat who believes in coexistence and Philly dog, the lazy chessy usually asleep under Will’s truck.
We humbly believe we are not a store but a destination. A place to let the imagination grow and the soul wander.
